After your shampoo, rinse your normally, then finish by some sprays of the active plant serum.
Mass your scalp, lengths and tips and comb your hair without trouble. Ideally, put a warm towel so that the serum penetrates better into the hair fiber. This serum is to be used by cure of 15 days especially at the end of summer when the hair fiber is often drier than usually. For the very dry, frizzy hair, the serum can serve as daily care to soften better drills. Do not rinse. Do not put in contact with eyes.
