All orders received before 14:00, Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

THE UK RETURNS:
Please send an e-mail containing the order number and information about the products to be returned (article number and quantity) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Information on how to proceed further as well as the shipping label will be sent to you as soon as the e-mail has been reviewed.

We ship to most countries worldwide and use Royal Mail International Business Parcel Tracked/Signed shipping services for international orders. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
All shipping prices are calculated based on weight and region and in most cases (orders weighing less than 2kg), you will have the option of choosing between Standard (International Tracked/Signed) or Express delivery.
Our international Express shipping service is provided by DHL.
International delivery times will depend on region and shipping methods chosen.
Customs Tax and Duties:
With Britain leaving the EU (Brexit) all international orders will now be subject to customs tax & duties upon delivery (depending on the rules of your country). Please note that you are responsible for any customs & duties charges for your order (if they apply). We are continuously looking for ways to make this procedure as simple as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about customs tax and duties.
The current pandemic and new Brexit rules are affecting international delivery times. International orders that are subject to customs checks are taking much longer than usual to be processed through customs due to these factors.
Please notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track the package with the Shipping provider. Refunds will not be available for order’s exceeding this period.
Incorrectly addressed orders:
Please ensure that you have given us the correct address when placing your order.
We are unable to make adjustments to addresses once the order has been shipped and therefore if the wrong address is provided then we cannot be held responsible for the outcome.
If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address and cannot be retrieved, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement. Parcels returned to us because they are incorrectly addressed can be resent but will be charged an additional shipping fee.
