HealthAid® Selenium in its natural form, which is best absorbed and utilised in the body; is also fortified with Vitamin E to make this a powerful antioxidant supplement in a balanced easy-to swallow, one-a-day capsule.

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerine, purified water)], Selenium Yeast, Emulsifier (lecithin), Bulking Agent (vegetable shortening, soybean oil, yellow beeswax).
