Morganics Beauty is a trading name of Pure Health & Beauty LTD.

- All products are brought direct from the major fragrance companies and their UK Licensees.
- All stock and prices are subject to availability.
- All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
- Where a price in any other currency is stated this is based on the current exchange rate and may change without notification. When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary dependant on the rate of exchange at that time.
- Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will not grant compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
- Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions before ordering.
- Only one promotion code or gift voucher code, regardless of its origin, can be redeemed against any one order.
- Promotions do not apply to any site sales.
- Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price.
- Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer at the time of purchase.
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
- According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Pure Health & Beauty LTD. express permission to do so.
- Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details.
- Pure Health & Beauty LTD. reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. In some circumstances, postage prices quoted on the website may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. If this is the case, Pure Health & Beauty LTD. reserve the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
- Pure Health & Beauty LTD. reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case. If Pure Health & Beauty LTD. has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
- If products are damaged in transit you can claim from the post office or delivery service, all goods will be checked before dispatch, and safely packed, all claims must be made within 7 days from delivery.
- Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required. Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
- Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days. If an order is not received you must notify Pure Health & Beauty LTD. in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
- Pure Health & Beauty LTD. shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
- In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
- None of the above effects your statutory rights. Data Protection Data Protection Number. The data controller also process personal data which are exempt from notification Pure Health & Beauty LTD. any products sold are not made by Pure Health & Beauty LTD. our liability is only to change goods that are faulty, Pure Health & Beauty LTD. will not be held responsible for any injury caused by human error of any kind, major defects should be taken up with the makers of the products.
