Take a small quantity of balm and foot massage up the toes to the ankle. Practice pressure points on the foot arch and heel. Use preferably in the evening or after a long walk. Do not give to children under seven years, follow the advice of the doctor for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Do not apply on an open wound.
